    概要・性能：

    LaB6フィラメントを用いている為、電子銃が長期間（数年単位）安定して使用可能。 高い空間分解能による結晶格子観察。 CCDカメラによる短時間でのデータ取得および動画撮影。 SEM-EDSとの連動で同一サンプリングロットのサンプルの内部情報、元素組成など を取得可能。 透過像での観察の他、電子線回折像による結晶構造解析が可能。

    The system uses a LaB6 filament allowing long-term stable use of the electron gun (having a long lifetime). Enables crystal lattice observation at high spatial resolution. Data can be captured and video footage can be taken in a short time using a CCD camera. In linkage with an SEM-EDS, it is possible to acquire internal information, element composition and other data for samples in the same sampling lot.
