試料の温度を変化させ、そのときに生じる熱の出入りを定量的に測定する装置。 サンプルは溶液専用です。 たとえばタンパク質の温度変性や、DNAが温度によって2本鎖が1本鎖になる反応などが解析可能。

This system is for varying the temperature of a sample, and　quantitatively measuring the outflow and inflow of heat produced at that time. This enables, for example, analysis of thermal denaturation of protein, and reactions where two chains of DNA become one chain due to temperature changes.
