表面プラズモン共鳴現象を測定原理として、タンパク質、核酸、ペプチド、糖鎖、脂質等の生体分子間の相互作用を標識なしでリアルタイムに計測することが可能。 分子間相互作用の静的な状態の評価に加え、分子結合の速さ、分子の結合により形成された複合体の安定性、複合体からの分子の解離の速さといった動的な情報も得ることが可能。 Biacore T200はBiacore 3000よりも高感度で、測定可能な領域が広がっています。

Using the surface plasmon resonance phenomenon as a measurement principle, interactions between biomolecules such as proteins, nucleic acids, peptides, sugar chains, and lipids can be measured in real time without labeling. In addition, to evaluate the static state of intermolecular interactions, dynamic information such as the speed of molecular bonding, the stability of complexes formed by molecular bonding, and the speed of molecular dissociation from the complex is also obtained. The Biacore T200 is more sensitive than the Biacore 3000 and has a wider measurable area.
