    概要・性能：
    MicroCal PEAQ-ITCは、iTC200の後継機になります。 PEAQ-ITCは溶液中の生体分子の相互作用をノンラベルで測定できる高感度で低容量の等温滴定型カロリメータです。 このシステムでは、1回の測定ですべての結合パラメータをダイレクトに測定し、親和性が弱いバインダーから高いものまで、わずか10µgのサンプルを用いて解析できます。 セミオートのメンテナンス機能によりオペレータの介入が最小限で済みます。

    iTC200より、ベースラインの安定性、オート洗浄機能が向上しています。

    必要サンプル量 セル 300µl 10µM以上 シリンジ 60µl 100µM以上 測定温度範囲　2～80℃、セル容積　200µl、滴定量　0.1～40µl ＊Malvern Panalytical HPより引用

    The MicroCal PEAQ-ITC is a highly sensitive, low volume isothermal titration calorimeter for the label-free in solution study of biomolecular interactions. It delivers direct measurement of all binding parameters in a single experiment and can analyze weak to high affinity binders, using as little as 10µg sample.
